The mission of Whitman Associates is to help medical faculty and housestaff become skilled teachers and effective administrators. Our goal is to enhance communication, leadership, and teaching skills. The two principals of Whitman Associates each have over thirty-five years experience as professional educators. They develop and conduct on-site training programs for medical schools and teaching hospitals. In addition, they offer individual and group coaching, as well as customized residency and departmental retreats.
